- Prerequisites for Product USE: 1. Make sure your two computers or laptops have three DP output ports and one USB A output port; 2. Make sure all three of your monitors have a DP input port; 3. The KVM switch requires a cable that meets the DP1.4 standard and is no longer than 6 feet in length in order to ensure the transmission of video signals.
- Product Connection Procedure:PC1 is connected to the 3 DP ports of the KVM switch PC1IN via 3 DP cables and then connected to the USB3.0 port of PC1IN via USBA cable; PC2 and PC3 are connected to PC2IN and PC3IN in the same way as PC1; the three monitors are connected to the OUTA, OUTB, and OUTC ports of the KVM switch via DP cables; connect the power supply to use; the HDMI to DP cable and the hub are not available; it is not compatible with Macbook.

If there is only one computer whose screen cannot be displayed, please use the computer that normally displays the image to test whether the KVM channels are normal or not. Note: It is recommended to use 3.3ft DP1.4 for testing
